My sympathy bouquet was pretty as a picture. The numerous assorted flowers were non traditional and very aromatic. Joan is a talented designer and lovely person. I will only use Tropical Elegance from here on out!

Very pleased with the ease of purchasing a gift for my mom's birthday. I ordered a fruit basket on Saturday for Monday delivery and they did a great job!! All the online gift basket retailers I tried before coming across Tropical Elegance either didn't recognize my mom's address, or could not deliver till Tuesday and had ridiculous delivery fees. I'm ecstatic to have found Tropical Elegance, and I will be using them regularly from now on. The fruit basket looked great!!

On-line catalog selections are great. Easy to order 1500 miles away. Recipient loved them. Her son had recommended Tropical Elegance as his go to florist in Florida. Now I understand why. Florists here in Dallas could learn from them.

My experience with Tropical Elegance was exceptional. I ordered flowers for a friend's mother's funeral and they were beautiful. Sometimes you don't know what you will get when you order. Not with this florist. They were like the picture. I highly recommend them. Also, customer service is excellent. I needed to call and add my name to the note (yes, I forgot). They were very accommodating.
